Oleksandr Usyk Defeated Anthony Joshua Again To Retain Heavyweight Unified Titles

 

Anthony Joshua will return this upcoming of August, where he will fight his opponent from Ukraine Oleksandr Usyk in a re-match. The previous fight between these two held in the Tottenham Hotspurs stadium the upcoming fight will moved from UK to Saudi Arabia. According to some sources, the re-match is planned in the month of May but things changed in Ukraine after the war take place between Russia and Ukraine, the fight re-schedule for the month of August 2022.

It's big fight for both boxers, Anthony Joshua hold top boxing contract with DAZN promotion, a report revealed that he will earn guaranteed purse $10m and based on pay-per-view sales his earnings increased to $60m for the re-match, it's not confirmed if the numbers of pay-per-view sky rocket on fight day, his earning might improved to $75m.

Oleksandr Usyk, previously earned guaranteed purse money of $5m from the fight, for the rematch clause he will earn guaranteed money upto $7.5m and his earnings will crossed the figure of $25m to $35m based on pay-per-view sales and ppv share cut for the fight day.
